1) This product is designed for liquid cosmetics, such as pen lipstick, lip oil, lipstick and so on. 2) Independent barrel mixing and temperature control design to meet the needs of diversified raw materials. 3) It adopts advanced automation technology (man-machine interface, PLC program control), and the parameters (time, temperature control setting) to be set for the whole machine are set by man-machine interface, which simplifies the system operation procedure and makes the overall performance more stable. 4) The main body is aluminum extrusion structure, and the platforms are made of aluminum, and the plane is easy to clean. 5) The operating program of the system is simple and does not need time for education and training. 6) Each unit (barrel, pump, tube and nozzle) is independently controlled by intelligent temperature controller, and the temperature control accuracy is ± 0.3 , which makes the equipment easier to use. 7) Automatic counting.

After the equipment arrived at the customer's site, customers just need connect the machine with eletricity and air compressor,then the machine can run it,as we will shipping the machine with whole packed,customers no need to install the machine again when it arrived your factory.you can use or hire a forklift for unload the machine from the car.
