The working principle of this filling machine is to drive the metering cylinder piston rod to reciprocate up and down by compressed gas as a power source, thereby completing the process of material suction and filling. Suitable for filling various emulsions, pastes, creams, gels and other materials.

The working steps are as follows:
After the air source is turned on, the filling container is in place, and the reversing valve is pedaled, and the pneumatic reversing valve is placed in the left position. The metering pump supplies glue to the outside to infuse. The metering drive cylinder piston rod valve touches the stroke reversing valve, and the stroke valve is reversing, so that the pneumatic reversing valve is in the right position, and the metering pump absorbs material. One infusion is completed, and materials are prepared for the next infusion. When continuous infusion is required, the switch is selected to close.
