This product is designed for semi-silicone lipstick. The whole machine adopts advanced automation technology (man-machine interface, PLC program control) to simplify the system operation procedure. Each unit (barrel, pump, tube, nozzle) is independently controlled by intelligent temperature controller, which makes the equipment easier to use and more stable. Preheating mold
Used for preheating lipstick mold, in order to reduce the defective rate of lipstick production, avoid the occurrence of bubbles, pinholes and other defective products caused by the mold cold and hot alternating
Filling part
Servo motor quantitative filling, quantitative speed is fast and filling precision is high, filling mold rise/fall using servo control, rising speed is uniform, fast slow adjustable and other advantages.
Lipstick frozen
Adopt the upper circulation air blowing, the lower circulation hole to the hole directly blowing cold air to the silica gel mold hole, to the cooling effect is good, freezing speed and other advantages.
Stripping section
X axis /Y axis control system, so that the left and right and up and down the demoulding position can accurately stay and alignment to a certain position, high demoulding accuracy, so as to reduce the defect rate.
Spin tube Part
Manufacture auxiliary equipment for screwing lipstick tubes. It overcomes the traditional manual twist control method and improves the production speed of lipstick.

After the equipment arrived at the customer's site, customers just need connect the machine with eletricity and air compressor,then the machine can run it,as we will shipping the machine with whole packed,customers no need to install the machine again when it arrived your factory.you can use or hire a forklift for unload the machine from the car. Q2. Are There Training for Customers or our ? We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.otherwise,we supply with Instructions in English language for each machine. Q3. How about the "Quality Assurance"?
