It is suitable for production of ointment and cream products in cosmetic plants. like facial cream, hand cream, daily chemical care products, food,. The emulsifying effect is more prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid content.

The working principle of the emulsification homogenizer is to achieve dispersion, homogenization and emulsification of the material through the interaction between a high-speed rotating tool and a counter stop plate fixed in the shell.
Emulsification homogenizer is a commonly used chemical equipment, which is used to mix two or more insoluble liquids or dispersed materials evenly, and disperse tiny particles and micro bubbles in the liquid through cutting, shearing, extrusion and forming at high speed, so as to achieve the effect of emulsification, dispersion and homogenization. The working principle of the emulsification homogenizer mainly includes the following aspects:

Physical effect: In the emulsification homogenizer, the liquid is subjected to high-speed and strong cutting and shearing through the action of the high-speed rotating tool and the counter-stop plate, thereby instantly generating a large amount of high shear force. This high-speed shear force will destroy the binding between liquid molecules, causing the liquid to rotate and tumbling violently, thus achieving the effect of dispersion and emulsification.

Mechanical effect: During the working process of the emulsification homogenizer, the material is subjected to high-speed cutting and shearing forces, resulting in the destruction of the bond between the material molecules, thereby achieving the coarse and fine dispersion of the material and the rapid breakage of the microscopic particles, and ultimately achieving the homogeneity and emulsification effects of the material.

Power effect: In the emulsification homogenizer, the action of the high-speed rotating tool and the counter stop plate makes the material subject to the force of high-frequency oscillation, thereby causing the material molecules to move violently, so that the material is dispersed evenly, achieving the effect of homogeneity and emulsification.

Structural features: The tool structure of the emulsifying homogenizer is special. It usually uses a multi-layered blade, and the distance between the blade and the counter stop plate in the shell can be accurately adjusted.
