1. The filling system uses an electronic magnetic wheel pump (magnetic gear pump) and a special check valve to ensure that the filling accuracy can be controlled within ±0.3g-0.5. Long-term use saves a lot of essence cost for customers, and it is easy to clean.
2. The filling to sealing guide groove adopts an elongated arc structure, which can be compatible with soft mask bags with a length of 220mm. The guide groove can be adjusted to 80mm at minimum, which can be compatible with eye mask bags, expanding the versatility of the equipment.
3. The filling to the sealing guide groove adopts an elongated arc structure, which can be compatible with soft bags and thin bags without any additional "soft bag device", and the sealing is beautiful, flat, and the code particles are clear.
4. The sealing mold can be easily replaced with the character particle and code (production date), and can be exchanged without code.
5. The surface coating of the sealing tool is "Teflon" material. Use any material of the film bag to avoid sticking to the glue and resulting in poor sealing.
6. Each channel can be controlled separately, so as to minimize the loss of labor cost and production efficiency when the equipment is faulty and technicians do not arrive at the site.
